Money for Nothin': the Official Rules

Look, I'm poor, o.k.? No matter what they say, I'd like to get a little something for nothing. That's the point isn't it?

The basic idea is simple. See how much money you can make playing poker, starting from $0.00. I'm working on Everest Poker, which you can join by clicking on the link below. You can play on any site. Hell, you can play on several. Just keep track of a couple of stats.

Everest Poker.

Join the Competition.

Here are the official rules:

  1. You must start with $0.00 in the account. You may not add money to the account at any time. I recommend using a poker-room other than your favorite. You may use more than one poker room.
  2. Submission of statistics is optional; you may simply report your current total. If you do wish to keep track of statistics, you should report all wins and losses, including freerolls. I will track several statistics as well as final amounts. Simply email me occasionally a list including: Poker-room, game played (SnG, Multi, or Ring), buy in amount, fee amount (for tourneys), number of players (or seats for ring games), what you placed (tourney only), the amount you won (or left with for ring games), the current balance of your account(s), and, if possible, the approximate amount of time played.
  3. Bonus. Bonus does not count toward player statistics, and should not be used as stake money. It should be tracked separately.
  4. First one to $100.00 wins.

Here are the statistics as they stand so far:

I think the best thing to do is for me to update the template every once and a while. You can also 'edit' the last blog in there and copy-n-paste the table. Feel free to add whatever notes or stories you want.

I'm back on top, baby!
